Shipping Policy
All items purchased from Save These Place Inc. come with free economy shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and 5-8 business days for shipping.

If you entered an incorrect address when placing your order, please email us at hello@savetheseplaces.org with the subject "Updated Order Info" and include your order number. Any changes to an order need to be made within 12 hours to correct your information.

Any lost package is the responsibility of the mail carrier. Any complaints or claims should be directed to the carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email. Save These Places Inc. is not responsible for any missing packages once in the hands of the mail carrier.

Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email to confirm shipment of your order. Tracking information will be included in this email for your convenience.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@savetheseplaces.org. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be made if you received the wrong product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (providing it is unopened), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@savetheseplaces.org and we will provide a return shipping label for items that you received in error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
